Certainly. She could dress as a secretary, or PA, and therefore have the element of surprise over any would-be attacker.  A 300 lb fat man is an obvious target as a bodyguard and is more likely to get quickly shot or stabbed by an assailant.

Over the average guy?...in a heartbeat. She's not that imposing, so she could easily pass for an average woman and with her extensive martial arts training, she could easily subdue a 200+ lb would be attacker in seconds.
